| This residence is located within the 1522 on the Lake Condominium located on Prospect Avenue and is 5,800 square feet. Plunkett Raysich Architects provided this resident with floor plan changes as well as interior design services to complete the finishes to their unit. This process involved several client meetings to discuss overall layout as well as goals as to the style of the unit. Design concepts were developed by Plunkett Raysich Architects and presented to the resident for their approval for construction. Plunkett Raysich Architect staff also provide the project management for the project which included coordination of all consultants. |
