| This new 30,000 square foot office building is located in the Riverwood Office Park in Pewaukee. The building layout includes 15,000 square feet of the space for a branch office location for The Horton Group, with the remaining 15,000 square feet for future tenants or expansion of the Horton Group. Additionally, PRA provided furniture selection services, facility branding services, site planning and parking design. Plunkett Raysich Architects was hired for our award-winning design and interior design services. This is PRA’s first completed project utilizing the new BIM (Building Information Modeler) application. |
