| The Cardiovascular Institute and Emergency Care Center is organized around major components which include two specialized Cardiovascular Operating rooms, three Cardiac Catheterization Labs (one with Electrophysiology capabilities) with 16 private rooms on the floor. Also included are Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation, physician office space for Cardiology and Pulmonary, a 23-room Intensive Care Unit, and a 28-bed Cardiac Medical Inpatient Nursing Unit. Additionally, the facility includes a Wellness Center for community awareness regarding heart health. The first floor of the Cardiovascular Institute houses the Emergency Care Center and is designed to accommodate 70,000 visitors per year. |
