Waters at Park Place |
Location:
Milwaukee, WI |
Size: 31,500 sq. ft. |
Completion Date: June 2004 |
Client: Plunkett Raysich Architects |
|
| Designed as a “Pavilion in the Park,” the new 31,500 square foot building reflects Plunkett Raysich Architects core belief that design must be central to its work. Internally, the design and interior design studios are centrally located in the floor plan, surrounded by support staff of all types. Externally, the building is centered between the twin towers at Park Place, acknowledging the modern simplicity of the towers while integrating a park-like setting. The building’s transparency provides views both into and out of the facility, and highlights the exposed steel structure, the state-of-the-art lighting, and the creative work of the firm. |
