T. Wall Properties retained Plunkett Raysich Architects to design this new 252,000 square foot office building in Madison at their City Center West complex. This eight story building is linked to its existing “sister building” and includes one level of underground parking. Site design features tie the two buildings into a complete design effort. The building features a dramatic lobby/reception area for the building’s major tenant TDS. The area features conference rooms, break out areas and a product display areas. Finishes were selected to compliment the TDS corporate theme and colors.
