With the growing need for skilled carpenters, the Northern Wisconsin Regional Council of Carpenters (NWRCC) determined they needed to expand their training program.  This new 25,000 square foot building houses the NWRCC’s training and administrative office functions.  Additional features of the facility include classrooms and a large training workshop for apprentices learning to become carpenters.  The NWRCC offers on-site instructors to train the aspiring apprentices.

The NWRCC is composed of two other entities including The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America as well as the Training Fund.  Kaukauna and Wausau, Wisconsin are home to two other training facilities for the NWRCC.
