Gardens at Harwood Place which is owned and operated by The Lutheran Home in Wauwatosa.  The project  consisted of design and construction of 108,000 square feet of new space, and renovation of 5,000 square feet.  The addition includes 43 new independent senior living apartments ranging from 700 to 1,250 square feet, and 32 Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) units.  A community room, chapel, beauty salon, fitness room and an expansion to their coffee shop were also dded.  Renovations included converting the existing beauty shop into a recreation area, converting the existing chapel into offices, and updating common area interior finishes.
