This 169,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building was designed to preserve as much of the park-like setting as possible with minimal site disturbance. It was also designed in an ecologically sustainable manner in accordance with the U. S. Green Building Council’s LEED® certification process and is a LEED Silver certified building. Mayfair Woods is a 5-story, Class A office building with attached parking for 550 cars. The steel structure with brick, aluminum panel and glass facades captured the attention of tenants such as Irgens Development Partners, Zywave, Trivantage, Haack Investments, Next Generation Wealth Management and Goossen and Schultz.
