| This 80,000-square-foot building is located and designed to allow for efficient use of the site as well as to maximize the expansive views of the city of Madison. Materials used on the building’s exterior include multi-colored precast concrete panels, rusticated stone accents, and glass. These materials, along with the rotunda element, give the building a classic look. The building’s lobby features a double-height space with access to the elevators, tenant spaces and the First Business Bank entrance, which is aligned with the main entrance. Interior lobby finishes include terrazzo floors and maple wall panel accents. |
