Realizing the need and goals of UW-Milwaukee to increase student housing substantially over the next five years, Plunkett Raysich Architects completed a study for a site off of East Park Place and Cramer Street. Design concepts were created and won City approval to proceed with this 93,000 sq. ft., four-story, 61-unit facility. Features of the apartments include: underground parking for 60, 11 two bedroom suites and 50 three bedroom suites each with their own kitchen and bathroom, a central laundry and common space, lounges on each floor as well as a workout area. |
