The 21,000 sq. ft., Mediterranean Villa theme addition and remodel includes entrance and lobby improvements, remodel to the 1st and 2nd floor corridors and commons areas, meeting rooms, a general store, cafe, meditation room, lounge and game rooms, as well as a conservatory addition that includes a greenhouse, potting room, sun room, and exterior patio extension. When approaching the new main entry to Cedar Ridge you are pleasantly greeted by a pronounced entrance and large canopy. Once inside you are graciously welcomed by a double-height lobby filled with daylight. This welcoming open feeling is continued throughout the themed renovation. By using resilient flooring patterns, we were able to add creativity to the layout and organization of the rooms. The newly remodeled maze of corridors and exposed grey block walls has been transformed into an engaging and playful Mediterranean Villa themed environment that aids in the mission of Cedar Communities to provide the best quality of life for its residents. |
