This 12,000 sq. ft., eight (8) patient Hospice facility provides a home like environment for those needing palliative services. Located in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, this facility provides the needed services between Madison and Milwaukee. The large gathering area with fireplace, kitchen and dining room, living room, chapel and children’s play area provides a non-institutional setting for patients, family and loved ones to feel comfortable. Partnered with Fort Memorial Hospital and UW Health Partners Watertown Regional Medical Center, the Rainbow Hospice team works to provide medical and clinical needs while maintaining the dignity of the patient in a residential setting. Patient suites include a private bath, patio, space for personal mementos and belongings, sitting areas and accommodations for family to spend the night. Each patient room has an extension pergola for a shaded viewing area of the wooded area beyond.
