LEED CertifiedThe design of the Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Ambulatory Surgery and Treatment Center builds on the heritage and supports the latest advancements in healthcare.  This 31,800 sq. ft. facility features four operating room areas with associated pre and post recovery area and support, integrated design with direct connection to the existing main lobby, a convenient drop-off area and flexibility for future expansions. 

The Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Ambulatory Surgery and Treatment Center is a LEED certified building.  The sustainable aspects of this project include: alternative storm water management, wetland preservation, native prairie landscaping, low VOC carpets and paints, 75% construction debris recycled, 14% improvement in energy performance and improved occupant thermal comfort.
