Veterans Affairs Regional Office Columbia, SC

The VARO Milwaukee building was such a success that the VA utilized the project as a prototype for it’s Columbia, SC project. The new 110,000 sq. ft. building emulates the Milwaukee office.  With three stories and 10,000 sq. ft. on the first floor dedicated to the Veterans Health Administration, this new facility will provide necessary services to veterans in the south east region.  Common areas such as a canteen and service organization offices are also available as well as a credit union.  The second and third floors are secured from the public for processing claims.  Plunkett Raysich Architects provided the interior tenant design for the building.
