At Plunkett Raysich Architects, we offer a complete range of master planning services.  Through these services, we present the data our clients need to make informed decisions and get building projects moving forward toward success.

Master Planning Services:  

• Existing Facilities Survey: Researches, assembles, reviews and supplements information involving alterations and additions to the existing facilities. Includes analysis of existing structural, mechanical and electrical capabilities. Determines new space usage in conjunction with a new building program.
• Space Study: Determines area adjacency and physical access requirements for the different departments and functions of the facility.
• Review Of Options: Economic evaluation of alternative designs.
• Concept Development: Develops conceptual drawings illustrating the general scope, scale and relationships of the project.
• Site Utilization: Reviews existing site conditions, future usage and layout including landscaping, building area, parking, circulation, drainage, and utility access.
• Project Development Scheduling: Provides a schedule for all phases of the project.
• Project Cost Estimate: Based on the building program, efficient space layout and existing facilities survey, a detailed cost of each of the building options is provided.
• Reporting: All pre-design services and documents are presented to the owner in a report format.
