Mayar Bakr

From a young age, Mayar loved gathering materials with friends to build makeshift hideouts, sparking her fascination with the blend of nature, heritage, and urban life in her home, Palestine. Sketching these elements inspired her passion for architecture. In architecture school, she learned the importance of storytelling and collaboration in design—qualities that drew her to PRA. A member of the Civic Studio in the Milwaukee Office, Mayar values PRA’s collaborative environment and dedication to professional growth.

Fun Fact Facts: Mayar is a foodie and enjoys collecting vintage vinyl records from around the world.
