Tom always knew that he wanted to be a vital part of the operations of a company, so he sought opportunities that would enable him to help companies grow and run more efficiently. To reach his career goals, he became a CPA to gain a greater understanding of the financial industry and later focused on business operations. In 2006, Tom joined PRA as the Chief Operations Officer. As COO, he is responsible for leading PRA’s internal teams including finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, facilities/purchasing, and administration. Even though Tom has a diverse set of responsibilities, he thoroughly enjoys the variability each one brings to his day.
Every day he comes to work with the goal to create a team that is highly responsive in their efforts to serve PRA’s internal team and the clients they serve. Tom says that his goal is easy to attain because the staff at PRA are some of the most intelligent and creative people he has worked with. He admires their ingenuity to develop solutions to difficult problems, whether it is on a project or in the office. Because of this, he can cultivate a positive and productive environment at PRA.
When Tom isn’t helping PRA operate behind the scenes, you can find him exploring the outdoors at his cabin in Minocqua with his family.
