Oconomowoc Fire Station No.2 at Pabst Farms

Oconomowoc, WI

The Oconomowoc Fire Station No. 2 at Pabst Farms combines the operations of Oconomowoc and Summit. The 14,000 sq. ft. station is designed to blend with the other buildings in Pabst Farms and offers housing for full-time EMS and support for eight apparatus. The new station includes a training room for 60 as well as training stations for confined space entry and rappel practice. Sustainable features include solar water heating, daylighting, rainwater harvesting, LED lighting, and charging stations for electric vehicles. The Fire Department is also providing bicycle racks, plug-in charging station for electric vehicles and dedicated parking for low-emitting vehicles.
