The Lutheran Home, Elaine’s Hope
Wauwatosa, WIThe new CBRF at The Lutheran Home consists of 72-beds (66 units) and a new gathering space. The new CBRF utilizes a neighborhood concept in which all residents exit directly outside of their rooms into a living or dining area. This concept also allows for natural wandering while maintaining resident safety. This building connects to the existing Lutheran Home facility. With this facility, an additional 10 parking spaces will be added to the Lutheran Home site, which will help alleviate congestive parking in the visitor parking lot.
