Bao Ngoc Hoang

As Client Experience & Operations Coordinator for the Education Studio Bao works to provide vital support for a myriad of client and internal projects.

Although she doesn’t have a traditional architecture background, she’s always been drawn to spaces especially those that shape how people live, learn, and connect. She loves the intersection of creativity, functionality, and human experience – especially how thoughtful designs can best impact community well-being. Joining the architecture field allows her to contribute to this purpose through operational and client experience work that supports these designs and bringing them to life.

Fun Fact: Bao studied abroad in Singapore at the National University of Singapore for 5 months and was able to visit 6 countries!
