Eric Schoedel

AIA NCARB LEED AP | Senior Living

Eric knew he wanted to be an architect when he designed his own innovative multi-sport arena to scale out of Legos when he was younger. He was fascinated by the possibility of taking a simple material and creating something incredible out of it. He now has nearly 20 years of experience as an architect with the ability to develop real solutions for people who need them.

Eric started at PRA in 2001 and resides in the Senior Living Studio as a Project Manager and Senior Associate. His responsibilities vary between projects, but his specialty is assisting the Owner and Operators in the Senior Living industry in designing efficient, state of the art facilities that provide a better quality of life for residents, visitors, and staff.  He finds his inspiration from the clients he works with because they care deeply about their residents and share his passion to improve the Senior Living Industry. Eric appreciates challenges and enjoys when his clients present him with a puzzle where he can create his own pieces to develop an innovative solution.

Eric isn’t the only one in his family who likes to create and build structures. His two children have also found their own passions for creating Lego models that challenge his own designs.
