Rya Massek

Supporting strong work environments is important to Rya. She also appreciates the importance of design in communities. Rya joins PRA in the Milwaukee Design Office as the Director of Human Resources. She brings over 20 years of experience from a not-for-profit social service agency. She was drawn to PRA from the reputation it maintains in the architecture and design community in the area, and the strong employee culture it embraces.

Fun Facts: Rya has been a vegetarian all her life, has three adopted sisters, and used to work at a feed mill in college where she would throw 80-pound bags over her head.
