Read moreFlorida Lakes was expanding its practice into its third location in the new downtown Wellen Park, FL area. With a second-floor tenant space secured, Florida Lakes sought to create an upscale “spa” atmosphere to their facility that aligns with their branding. The facility today embraces a minimalist-contemporary palette with pops of their branded green. Separate entrances for the spa and vein center were implemented to separate operations. Each reception desk is made prominent with Alexandrita Quartzite that waterfalls down to the floor, elevating the space. Daylighting aids in filling the space with natural light. The entire facility has LVT flooring which provides a durable surface that maintains a high-end look. The waiting room had an existing wood ceiling that inspired the minimalist theme.
