On the edge of a wooded preserve north of Tampa, Peace Lutheran Church chose to build its new church in the growing community of Trinity. Soaring 40 feet at its ridge, the snow-white church welcomes its congregation with a triumphal Gothic arch and 30-foot cross. A free-standing bell tower rises 42 feet, announcing worship services to all around.
The 7,800 sq. ft. church seats 220 with overflow seating for an additional 75 in a glassy sunlit narthex. In addition to worship, Sunday school rooms, a multi-purpose room, a large serving kitchen, and church offices support Peace Lutheran’s ministries and broader mission.
Daylighting illuminates the entry to the church, welcoming all to the space.
Simple and bright themes are embraced within the chapel.
A refreshed kitchenette supports various church activities.
Light pours from the altar onto the assembly creating a unified experience.
