Mike is a consulting principal with the firm and enjoys focusing on healthcare projects because as problem solvers and change agents he enjoys working with healthcare providers to understand what is important to them as they care for their patients. Then he designs a flexible facility that eliminates barriers and fosters healing. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), American Society for Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association (WHEA), and Evidence-based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC). In his spare time, Mike is involved in the State of Wisconsin, Department of Health Services, Relationship Enhancement Committee, volunteers at Redcat Academy and St. Bennedict the Moore Community Kitchen in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His passion is collaboration and teamwork that leads to process or facility innovations, resulting in our client caregiver’s ability to provide measurable quality improvement, cost reductions and enhance patient and family experiences. He lives in Elm Grove, Wisconsin with his wife and they have two grown children and one grandchild.
