MILWAUKEE, WI – Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP, one of Wisconsin’s leading architecture and interior design firms, joined Beloit Health System and UW Health in celebrating the opening of the new Beloit Cancer Center last Saturday.
Located on a five-acre parcel of land in Beloit, Wis., the 22,000 sq. ft. building combines services of two locations, offering comprehensive cancer services under one roof. Services include medical oncology, chemotherapy and infusion and advanced radiation therapy. Integrative services, such as counseling, dietetics and palliative care, are also offered.
“As architects for this comprehensive cancer treatment center, we are proud to be able to give form to Beloit Health System and UW Health’s vision for a patient-centered healing environment that is designed for collaborative care, convenience and efficiency and also incorporates the latest in advanced technology in an inspirational setting.”
Designed to serve patients throughout Rock and Walworth counties and Northern Illinois, the center began admitting patients earlier this year. For more information on the Beloit Cancer Center, please visit www.beloithealthsystem.org. All photos ©Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP.
