This week, we kicked off our annual fundraising campaign to benefit the United Way of Greater Milwaukee.
Amy Chionchio, president and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, came into our Milwaukee office to discuss the United Way’s impact and how the nonprofit organization works to advance the common good of more than 80 Milwaukee-area agencies.
Her speech was one that hit home. Amy focused on two keywords we often use at PRA: “dedicated” and “innovative.” PRA is dedicated to delivering innovative design solutions. Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee is dedicated to delivering innovative mentoring solutions. The United Way of Greater Milwaukee is dedicated to delivering innovative community solutions.
It was an interesting point-of-view and one that reminded me how important it is to remain engaged in the communities we serve.
