Hilltown Dental
Chesterfield, MOThis lease space of 2,700sf accommodates a 6-operatory dental facility, designed to replace an outdated one located just 800 feet away within the same retail complex. The clients desired an upscale aesthetic, coupled with incorporation of cutting-edge technology, all within a highly efficient layout.
Read moreAlthough the space is slightly smaller than ideal for the intended functional needs, with limited natural light at both the front and back of the suite, creative design features compensate for these constraints. Multi-layered ceilings with uplighting enhance the sense of openness, while a soft blue paint color on the highest ceiling planes in both the waiting and clinical areas evokes the sky, adding to the illusion of a larger space.
Practice production and new patient appointments increased dramatically upon move-in and that growth continues to this day.

New operatories support both patients’ and staff needs. Elevated central ceilings convey a sense of spaciousness and airiness.
