By integrating ten dual-entry open operatories and two privatized “quiet” operatories, the layout ensures that the space is both efficient and flexible, catering to various patient needs while maintaining a calming atmosphere.

The integration of repurposed cherry veneer cabinetry within a more neutral and relaxing palette conformed to the owner’s desire to economically create a new space while incorporating a portion of their existing dental equipment and dental furniture.
The decision to incorporate a separate digital lab alongside a standard one showcases the practice’s forward-thinking approach, embracing dental technology that can improve both the patient experience and quality of care delivered.
Selecting a central, more visible location with separate parking for patients and staff was a strategic win for the practice. The site layout is optimized for both accessibility and efficiency, while the building footprint was maximized to future-proof the facility for growth. Impressively, the new practice facility has seen strong patient attraction, averaging 100 new patients per month in just the first year!
