Facing increasing enrollment and the need to transform its facilities to meet 21st century learning needs, the Sauk Prairie School District selected PRA to perform a district-wide facilities study. The study process involved assessing all District facilities and proposing options for their future. The District chose to pursue a $35M referendum, using PRA’s recommendations and identified building deficiencies as driving factors. PRA provided the District with graphics, including colored floor plans of the proposed building options, throughout the pre-referendum process and attended numerous community engagement sessions to answer questions regarding facility needs.
