The design of this new 11,000sf, 14-operatory facility is well-suited for both current and future operational needs. By replacing a smaller, outdated office, the practice now has the space and flexibility to accommodate new equipment and techniques, futureproofing it as dental technology continues to evolve. The incorporation of three flex operatories also allows for more versatile cross-use with pediatric and orthodontic specialties.

Relocating the cherished koi pond from the existing facility created immediate branding opportunity and an elevated patient experience. Visible from ten of the fourteen operatories, the koi pond brings a unique and tranquil character to the interior spaces.
The exterior design’s prairie style, featuring natural materials and deep overhangs, enhances the building’s connection to the surrounding environment, creating a calming visual impression even before entering.
Impressive revenue growth—20% after two years and 55% after five—demonstrates that the new facility’s design has had a significant positive impact on the practice’s success.
