Thank you for stopping by our booth to share your needs and priorities — these conversations and placing pins on the map is a powerful reminder that districts are navigating many of the same struggles. Grateful for an incredible learning journey hosted by CESA 1 and every school system that participated in our 3-part series on long-range facilities planning. Over the past three months, we explored understanding the planning process, collaborating with stakeholders to implement the plan, and implementing plans in ways that maximize the district investment. Hearing directly from districts that have done this work—and professional experts in their fields —reinforced the value of thoughtful, collaborative, and detailed future-focused planning.
A huge thank-you to the school leaders who joined us and to our guest speakers who generously shared insights from their own experiences. It was truly a pleasure to learn and grow together.
