Managing Multiple Projects

Following the passage of a successful $34.6M referendum in April 2014, the Sauk Prairie School District engaged PRA to provide architectural and interior design projects for multiple building projects, including a new elementary school, an addition to Tower Rock Elementary School, and multiple smaller renovation projects throughout the District. Partner in Charge Steve Kieckhafer and Project Manager Matt Long will discuss how they worked collaboratively with the District to ensure all goals and expectations were met and exceeded while also keeping each project on schedule and within the established budget.
