On a sunny afternoon, PRA joined staff members, City of De Pere Mayor Mike Walsh, City of Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt, the Greater Green Bay Chamber ambassadors, and members of the community to celebrate the completion of the new facility, Residence by Rennes in De Pere, WI.
