Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP (PRA) announced the promotion of three to the title of Principal: Linda Moses, Jeff Peter, and Scott Justus; and two to the title of Associate: Dan Effenheim and Mike Bahr, and the addition of staff in Wisconsin and Florida.
“This is an exciting day for PRA”, said Scott Kramer, AIA, NCARB, Managing Partner. “I’m very proud to announce this news. Each of these promoted professionals have helped to shape our services and our culture. And we have been fortunate to add some outstanding new talent to our team. I am excited about our growth and our ability to provide effective solutions and leadership to our clients.”
Linda Moses, ASID, is promoted to Principal. Linda joined PRA in 1992 and currently serves as Director of Interior Design. She is an award-winning designer and works with a talented team of designers, providing leadership and resources needed for successful client outcomes. “I like the mix of projects we have at PRA,” Moses says. “The industry is ever-changing and having a broad mix of projects gives opportunities to share new techniques and materials across all project types. I am excited to deliver innovative ideas to our clients and help to move the firm forward!”
Jeff Peter is promoted to Principal. Jeff joined in 1998 and serves as Chief Information Officer for the firm. He holds the sole responsibility of maintaining PRA’s information technology infrastructure as well as business intelligence, architectural collaboration, and modeling applications. Jeff is excited about what the future holds and seeks to consistently improve the productivity and services offered at PRA. “As a result of the growth of Cloud services for the AEC market, the ability to work more collaboratively with our clients and consultants will continue to evolve,” says Peter. “The acceleration of remote work and the leveraging of Cloud computing resources has introduced flexibility to our business. That will be the key moving forward. The ability to work anywhere and with anyone allows us to help serve our clients and make it easier for them to visualize their future space.”
Scott Justus, AIA, is promoted to Principal. Scott joined PRA in 2018 as a Studio Lead and Senior Project Manager in the Education Studio, with a focus on higher education and laboratory projects. Scott’s valuable leadership skills have been honed through market sector expertise. Scott especially enjoys complex projects that require a very high level of organization and engineering coordination. “Helping clients to hit something no one else sees is a mantra at PRA,” says Justus. “Helping clients to understand these opportunities has fueled me throughout my career. I look forward to the relationships I have yet to make.”
Dan Effenheim, ASID, NCIDQ is promoted to Associate. Dan joined in 2000 and serves as a Senior Interior Designer. Working across studios provides a diverse set of challenges that cultivates Dan’s unique and creative solutions, many which have been recognized with a variety of design or achievement awards. “I really enjoy our collaborative team environment,” says Effenheim. “The ability to suggest ideas and receive immediate feedback really helps me dial in design ideas.” He is also an active member in the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is currently on the board for the Wisconsin Chapter.
Mike Bahr, AIA, is promoted to Associate. Mike developed and managed PRA’s Civic Design Studio from 1999 to 2014. He re-joined the firm in 2019 to serve as PRA’s Director of Client Relations. In this role, Mike holds a variety of responsibilities including business development, forming the image and brand of PRA, creating collateral materials for pursuits, developing an online presence, and overseeing the marketing initiatives of every studio and office. He is driven by the possibility of what PRA can be, and how that may affect client outcomes. “I’ve worked with design firms around the county and am happy to be back with a group of the most dedicated professionals I know,” says Bahr. “The PRA culture has a way of challenging us each to work together and find even better ways to help clients. I’m excited to be a part of that!” Connect with him to discuss client issues or network about common interests.
