Karcher Middle School in Burlington Area School District won GOLD
In 2014, the Burlington Area School District engaged PRA to complete a district-wide facility study and educational space analysis. This study revealed the aged middle school needed replacement to align with the district’s modern flexible approach to teaching and learning. Today, the new Karcher Middle School elevates teaching and learning in warm, collaborative, and modern environments that promotes “The Karcher Way” and allows for flexibility and adaptability of spaces to meeting future pedagogy.

Westside Elementary School in the School District of Mauston Won GOLD
The existing West Side Elementary school in the School District of Mauston, had exceeded its capacity and practicality. As part of a large master plan, the district decided to build a new school and centralize the campus. Today, the new West Side Elementary School is a vibrant learning community that supports curriculum, expanding student knowledge, and creates a sense of home while at school.

North Port Public Safety Building Won Gold
Fostering a sense of community and civic pride in the thriving West Villages, the City of North Port Safety Building anchors the gateway to Downtown Wellen. With an efficient layout, quality materials, and sense of gravitas, the new North Port Public Safety Building honors history while looking forward, performing optimally for its first responders and department staff, and meeting the needs of the West Villages for many years to come.
